Current and past policies and views

I've hidden the "Current and past policies and views" section as it was highly vague and ambiguous as to which policies in the given section were past and which were current. I tagged the vagueness of this section with a template a year ago but it is yet to be resolved. I may look into fixing it myself at some point but it would be handy to make a collaborative effort on it as it is a long list of policies with sources ranging from multiple years.
